Before you ask
Why are the prices on the website?
Because a volunteer board has to put a number in a budget before it can even raise the idea at a meeting, and because making a tired person sit through a sales call to learn a price is a poor way to treat them. If the number does not work for you, you have lost nothing.
What if we need two of these?
Several of them pair naturally — controls and governance, or volunteer management and retention. Tell me what is going on and I will tell you which one to do first, including when the answer is that you should do one now and the other next year.
Do you work outside British Columbia?
The governance work is built around the BC Societies Act, so it is BC-specific. Everything else — controls, officials, volunteers, retention — travels fine. Ask.
Do you work with organizations that are not sports?
Yes. A riding association, a hospital auxiliary and a minor baseball league have the same five problems in different vocabulary, and I have worked inside all three kinds of organization.
